Ingredients
Lemon Verbena leaves (dried)
water (750 ml)
sugar (350 gr)
pectin
juice from 1/2 a lemon or lime
Method
I grow this herb in my kitchen garden at our house in Marche, Italia and fell in love with the tea. I knew it should make a lovely jelly.
In boiling water (750 ml) use enough herb to make a strong tea
Then proceed to make jelly in a low sugar method (1 to 3)
Light, refreshing and simply tasty
