Cous-cous with vegetables:
I like cooking cous-cous with different types of veggies and spices. You can always invent, try a new way, and the dish changes a lot if you want to. You can try with bigger pieces, more stock, themes (indian, italian etc). The cous-cous is also a great allied when it comes to CARPE what ever you have in your fridge and turn it into a nice meal. Don’t let anybody tell you how you should or shouldn’t do. Get familiar with the little grains, and your menus will have another great dish.
