Fish fillet 1kg.
Gram flour 2 Cups.
Tamarind pulp 3tbsp.
Lemon juice 2tbsp.
Ginger/ garlic paste 1tbsp.
Red chilli powder 1tbsp.
Whole cariander seeds 1tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Oil for frying.
Cut fillet into long peces. Remove fish bones & wash them thoroughly.
Put gram flour, trmarind pulp, cornflour, lemon juice, ginger/ garlic.
Heat oil in a wok. Coat fish with gram flour mixture & fry in wok.
When the peces turn golden, take them out on paper towels & serve.
It would be so spicy so you may use black pepper for red chilli.
