  • Fish fillet 1kg.
  • Gram flour 2 Cups.
  • Tamarind pulp 3tbsp.
  • Cornflour 2tbsp.
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp.
  • Ginger/ garlic paste 1tbsp.
  • Red chilli powder 1tbsp.
  • Whole cariander seeds 1tbsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil for frying.
Cut fillet into long peces. Remove fish bones & wash them thoroughly.
Put gram flour, trmarind pulp, cornflour, lemon juice, ginger/ garlic.
Heat oil in a wok. Coat fish with gram flour mixture & fry in wok.
When the peces turn golden, take them out on paper towels & serve.
It would be so spicy so you may use black pepper for red chilli.

Method
