Sift flour and baking soda/powder into the wet mixture. When the batter is ready, pour into your muffin moulds and pop them into the oven for about 12-15 minutes depending on the heat.
When they're done and cooled, cream together butter, icing sugar and add juice of a whole lemon and whisk the mixture. Apply generously over the cupcake and put them in the fridge to harden for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
