The plum sauce tastes delicious with pork.
The porkchops is flavored with lemon.
4 pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
2 pinches of black pepper, freshly ground
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice, pressed
0.5 tbsp butter
0.5 St onion, small
0.5 St peppers, red
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon ginger, finely grated
4 dl chicken stock
2 pinches salt
Peel and finely chop the onion. Finely shredded pepper fruit. Fry the onion and pepper in oil 1-2 min.
Add the ginger, chicken stock, and prunes.
Boil vigorously about 5 minutes. Mix the sauce smooth. Season with salt.
Season the chops with salt and pepper. Squeeze over lemon juice.
Fry the chops in butter about 3 minutes per side depending on thickness.
Serve chops with plum sauce, apple salad and freshly cooked pasta.
