This is just the basic for the combination with coriander and ginger itself - unfortunately I haven't got a lemon sorbet recipe right now. Ingredients: 0.320 kg lemon sorbet 0.004 kg coriander 0.004 kg ginger 0.2 dl prosecco Serves 4 1. put the sorbet into a bowl and purée it. 2. the coriander should also be puréed, and the ginger rasped into tiny pieces - add both to the sorbet and mix well. 3. put this sorbet now into glasses and leave them in the fridge to both keep it cold and until you'll serve it. 4. when serving, pour a little prosecco over the sorbet. :mrgreen:
