Ingredients
200g break crumb (1)

250g almond powder(1)

12g baking powder(1)

50g Polenta(1)

400g sugar(1)

4 lemons zest(2)

1 orange zest(2)

60g lemongrass chopped(2)

9 eggs(3)

250ml oil,(4)

*Lemongrass sauce

100 g lemongrass chopped

100ml lemon juice

1 vanilla bean or vanilla flavor

120g sugar

a little of salt

Method
put the ingredient with step (1) in a big bowl mix well everything,and with step (2) in a small bowl mix as well.
step (2) when you mixed pour in the bowl with step (1),add one by one eggs into and till mix,but so light and really short time ,finally pour oil and mix,
Bake at 180 degrees, about 30 minutes, in a mold.
service with lemongrass sauce,
100g lemongrass with 100 ml lemon juice blend in blender and strategy it ,pour into a small pot cook with 120g sugar until it is good syrup.
