This is a simple recipe and savoury of bolognese ragu mix with all kind of italy pasta your heart love...
250 g minced beef
1 tin tomatoes
a good handful of fresh basil leaf
freh oregano leaf
4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
a cup of black oliva
salt and pepper
Boiled linguine al dente.
Heat a pan with oliva oil and add garlic, minced beef and basil leaf chopped. Cook a few minutes and then add tomatoes from a tin, mix, add a fresh oregano leaf, oliva and season with salt and pepper. If is necessary add water from pasta\'s boiled.
In same time with pasta, ragu must be ready.
Serve with fresh basil leaf, parmesan cheese and sprinkle with extra virgin oliva oil...
