this is a simply recipe and easy to make...anyway is a delicious and flavoury dish...
400 g linguine
400 g tomatoes
a good handfull of basil
a good handfull of oliva
3 buffalo mozzarella
3 cloves garlic, finelly chopped
extravirgin oliva oil
salt and pepper
Boiled linguine al dente.
Peeled tomatoes and chopped.
Heat a pan with oliva. Add garlic and basil, finelly chopped. Cook a few moment to medium heat and then add tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add oregano. cook till is a sauce then add oliva and linguine. Keep on medium heat a few minutes then add mozzarella.
Serve with parmesan cheese and sprinkle with little extravirgin oliva oil.
