1 small, flavoured focaccia bread (herb & cheese, garlic & herbs etc)
1-2 slices of parma ham
1 slice of salami, cut into strips
1/3 ball of mozzarella
4 black olives, sliced
about 8 basil leaves
1 feta stuffed chilli pepper, sliced (optional)
Chillis in brine (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 200C.
2. Scatter the ham and salami strips over the base.
3. Sprinkle with basil leaves and cheese, then top with the olive slices, chilli slices and whole chillies if you\'re using them.
4. Bake at 200C for about 15mins.
