this is a quick salad and for this recipe i use corn flour macaroni, but you can use any macaroni you like...
200 g macaroni
2 buffalo mozzarella
200 g tomatoes
a good handfull of green and purple basil leaf
salt and pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
Boiled pasta al dente with salt.
Sliced tomatoes in little size, finelly chopped basil, sliced mozzarella and mixed with macaroni.
Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with extravirgin oliva oil and serve.
