egg white in a bowl of whisk machine,whisk and add cooked sugar, still whisk until stiff and it is meringue ,
whipping cream also whisked ,melted gelatin,
Now,everything are ready ,the mango puree in a big bowl add melted gelatin ,mix really lightly,then add meringue next mix so lightly ,whipped cream as well,when it\'\'s smooth,not whisk too strong,it\'s good if keep the bubble of meringue and whipping cream,...pour it in to glass or you can make a cake if you like,... and keep it in the fridge,keep cold and garnish a little of mango sauce,
