Marinated Avocado & Scallions

If you want a way to keep avocados fresh (since they\'re expensive and hardly last any time) and have a great topper for salads, chili bowls, burgers, or even just to dress up bland grilled chicken, then this is for you!
--1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
--1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
--1 pinch red pepper flakes
--1/2 teaspoon Morton\'s Nature\'s Seasoning
Slice onions into coins and avocados into cubes. Toss with other ingredients and refrigerate. (This is one of those dishes that benefits from some time in your chill chest... it only gets better the next day; but... it only lasts for four, to warn you.)
