In a large bowl mix mascarpone, strawberiies, almond flakes and cognac.
In second large bowl, beat whipped cream with vanilla seeds and sugar.
Combine mascarpone mixture with whipped cream.
Spoon on top of the biscuits bases and let to rest on fridge.
For topping: heat a pot and add water and sugar. It begins to boil, add strawbberies. Mix well until it becomes thick. Let to cool.
Serve mascarpone an strawbberies cake with topping and a few almond flakes.
