A breakfast that tastes like dessert but has protein. This is not my original recipe but I absolutely love it.
Cottage cheese, low fat, low salt.
Cut up apple, kiwi and orange into bits/1/2\" cubes.
Scoop in about 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
Scoop in about 1/4- 1/2 cup yogurt.
add 1/4 cup berries
crush almonds in coffee grinder or blender...etc. then sprinkle.
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Eat and be merry for the day.
