Ingredients
A Twine Veal Roast
Onion, Celery, Carrot
Rosemary
Milk 1.5l
Butter 2 spoon
Salt and Pepper QB
Olive Oil 1spoon
Method
Put in a pot a pieces of celery, carrot and chopped onion with a little butter. Massage the roast with salt and pepper and put it into the pot.
Turn the meat for 5 min. Cover the roast with the milk to the edge.
Put some butter and minced rosemary.
Cook for 2h over low heat.
Power down, remove the meat and cut.
Smoothies the sauce left in the pot and add the meat in the sauce.
Heated for 10 min. Try the sauce put salt, pepper and oil.
You can accompany this dish with boiled potatoes.
