Boil then simmer Haggis for about hour. Split and mix in Italian Chopped Tomatoes with Basil.
Brown onion then mince together add Italian Chopped Tomatoes with Olive oil & Garlic 2 quick pour of water then add 2 Beef stock cubes, ( quick squeeze/splash each of) lea and perrins, Brown Sauce, Tomato Sauce, (small shake of) Salt & Pepper add 1 punnet of Chestnut Mushrooms and simmer for about 20-30 minutes then thicken with cornflour.
Layer it as follows:-
cheese and pepper on top
Oven back for about 20 minutes till cheese on top starts to go brown
