  • 500g lean steak mince
  • 1 small/medium haggis
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 punnet of Chestnut Mushrooms (quartered)
  • Italian Chopped Tomatoes with Basil
  • Italian Chopped Tomatoes with Olive oil & Garlic
  • 2 White Sauces
  • 12 Pasta Sheets
  • Red Leicester cheese
  • 2 Beef stock cubes
  • lea and perrins
  • Brown Sauce
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • cornflour
Haggis
Boil then simmer Haggis for about hour. Split and mix in Italian Chopped Tomatoes with Basil.

Mice
Brown onion then mince together add Italian Chopped Tomatoes with Olive oil & Garlic 2 quick pour of water then add 2 Beef stock cubes, ( quick squeeze/splash each of) lea and perrins, Brown Sauce, Tomato Sauce, (small shake of) Salt & Pepper add 1 punnet of Chestnut Mushrooms and simmer for about 20-30 minutes then thicken with cornflour.

Layer it as follows:-

haggis
cheese sauce
pasta
mince
cheese sauce
cheese and pepper on top

Oven back for about 20 minutes till cheese on top starts to go brown
