Mint-Coriander Chutney

This is a very nice dipping sauce to go with the savories you like, for example samosas or kachoris. Hope you like it.

Ingredients
* 1 bunch fresh mint (approximately 100 gms/ 0.22 lbs)

* 1 bunch fresh coriander (approximately 100 gms/ 0.22 lbs)

* 4 tbs grated coconut

* 1 tbs fresh ginger

1 cup plain yogurt

* 2 green chillies

1 tsp ground cumin, roasted

* 1 tsp sugar

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 2 tsps lime juice

Method
Wash the coriander and mint leaves and chop them fine.
Put all the ingredients into an eletric blender.
Mix until they form a smooth paste.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Preparation time: 15 min
