  • * 1 bunch fresh mint (approximately 100 gms/ 0.22 lbs)
  • * 1 bunch fresh coriander (approximately 100 gms/ 0.22 lbs)
  • * 4 tbs grated coconut
  • * 1 tbs fresh ginger
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • * 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp ground cumin, roasted
  • * 1 tsp sugar
  • * 1/2 tsp salt
  • * 2 tsps lime juice
Wash the coriander and mint leaves and chop them fine.
Put all the ingredients into an eletric blender.
Mix until they form a smooth paste.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is a very nice dipping sauce to go with the savories you like, for example samosas or kachoris. Hope you like it.

Method


Wash the coriander and mint leaves and chop them fine.
Put all the ingredients into an eletric blender.
Mix until they form a smooth paste.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
