Minty Hummus

Here is a delicious and real easy hummus. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 200g chickpeas
- 1 lemon juice
- 50ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 10 leaves of mint, finely chopped
- salt and pepper

Method
Rinse and drain well the chick peas.

Add them in a food processor and mix. While mixing, pour the lemon juice. Mix until you get to a smooth and uniform mixture.

Then pour the olive oil while still mixing.

Add the garlic and mint. If the mixture is not enough smooth for you, pour more olive oil.

Pour the hummus in a container and let it in the fridge some 2 hours, until cold.

You can now savour your home-made hummus with some bread.
