Materials: Three large and ripe tomatoes
8 tablespoons of glutinous rice
4 onions chopped
1 eggplant purified from peeled
2 zucchini grated
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 bunch dill chopped
1 cup oil
Salt and pepper
Carefully pour the tomatoes and peppers, pour some salt and turn it upside down to drain. The interior of the tomatoes, so we pass the grater.
Saute onion in olive oil, garlic, eggplant and zucchini.
Add the crushed tomatoes, half cup water, salt, pepper, parsley, dill and rice.
Stir and leave to get a single boil to soften a little rice. Stuff the tomatoes and peppers halfway and array in pan.
Sprinkle a little oil and a cup of water. If we sprinkle the surface stuffed with breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven until soft rice and to keep the food with oil.
