  • For 3 persons:
  • 1 small aubergine
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 small chili
  • 1 big onion peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic peeled and finely chopped
  • 425g minced mixed(pork and veal)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 200ml milk
  • 100g sour cream
  • canola or olive oil
  • For sour peepers:
  • 6 green peepers
  • 1 clove garlic peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 small handful parsley
  • olive oil
  • white wine vinegar
  • salt
Heat a oil and fry the onions for about 5-7 minutes until soft, but not colored. Add the meat , fry for about 7 min and stir up. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 min. Meanwhile cut aubergine, zucchini and potatoes into 5mm thick slices. Put in a small layer of meet, then layer of aubergines, zucchini and potatoes. Repeat these layers until you've used all the ingredients up and each layer of aubergines, zucchini and potatoes sprinkle with salt and pepper. At the end mix milk and sour cream together and sprinkle over.Bake in the oven for about an hour, until crisp and golden. [b]Sour papers:[/b] Bake them on the stove plate, remove the skin and place them into the bowl. Mix all ingredients together, sprinkle them over the peepers and put in the fridge for an hour. Enjoy! :)
