For The Sauce.
Butter,Chopped Shallot,Sliced Mushrooms,Chilli or Tabusco,White wine,Toato passata,pesto sauce,Salt & Pepper-Simmer liquid to reduce,& add to"sweated"shallot in Butter & sliced mushrooms,add wine then reduce,then add passata & pesto & heat through.Serve around mushroom cakes.
