  • 15 Sundried Tomatoes (Picled at Woolworths) (Cut in half)
  • 15 Calmata Olives (pitted and halved) (Tuna Marine can is the best)
  • Penne Pasta
  • Danish Feta
  • 5 red Chili's (Pitted and chopped)
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Can Italian Tomatoes
  • Grated Parmesan
Cook the Penne in a seperate pot till soft.
In a Pan: Heat some olive oil
Caramalize the onions, add the sundried tomatoes,garlic,chilli and olives and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped Italian tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the Penne and stir for 3 minutes to soak pasta in sauce.
Before taking of the Stove, Add big chunks of Danish feta and only stirr once.
serve and add lots of Parmesan on top

I love this pasta as it's quick and easy and very very tasty. You can add some bacon and mushrooms in there as well.

Method
