While the yeast is activating mix the flour and salt together in a bowl and flour a clean work surface.
Make a small well in the bowl then slowly pour the yeasty water into the well and mix together until you get a nice big dough ball. Turn out on to the floury surface and knead for about 10 mins.
Place the ball back into the bowl and cover with cling film and place in your pantry or similar place for about an hour until its doubled in sized.
After an hour turn it back onto the floured surface and knock it back for a bit then its ready to roll into pizza shapes.
spread some tomato pure on the base add your toppings and bake............
