.1Kg White Flour
.Pinch of Sea Salt
.10g of Dried Yeast (allinson)
.Roughly 600 to 650ml of tepid water.
.Pinch of Sugar
you can use whatever you want on top i used Onion, Garlic, Crispy Bacon, chorizo, Mushroom and habaneros from the bury st edmunds chilli festival.
Start by activating the yeast by adding it into the tepid water, Stir then leave for about 10 to 15 mins until you see a nice white head forming on the water like a nice pint of Guinness.
While the yeast is activating mix the flour and salt together in a bowl and flour a clean work surface.
Make a small well in the bowl then slowly pour the yeasty water into the well and mix together until you get a nice big dough ball. Turn out on to the floury surface and knead for about 10 mins.
Place the ball back into the bowl and cover with cling film and place in your pantry or similar place for about an hour until its doubled in sized.
After an hour turn it back onto the floured surface and knock it back for a bit then its ready to roll into pizza shapes.
spread some tomato pure on the base add your toppings and bake............
