My Malaysian Banana Fritters

It\'s the easiest thing to do. This banana fritter is really crispy on the outside and really chewy inside. I\'m not sure exactly what to call it, but in Malaysia, we call it \'Cekodok Pisang\'.

Ingredients
8 small bananas
5 tbsp sugar
10 tbsp plain flour
a little bit or water
a pinch of salt

Method
1. Mash all the bananas.
2. Pour in the sugar followed by the flour.
3. Add a bit of water. Stir in until it is a bit slimy.
4. Add a pinch of salt and stir well.
5. Heat a frying pan. Pour in the cooking oil.
6. Fry until brown.
(I personally like it dark brown because it\'s crispier)
