Ingredients
Base:
125ml Butter softened
1 Pack Digestive Bran/Tennis Biscuits
Filling:
1X250/300g Philladelphia Cream Cheese slightly warmed
1 Tin of Condensmilk
100ml Lemon Juice
2 Eggs Lightly Whisked
5ml Vanilla Extract
Method
In a food processor, process the butter and biscuits together. Push with the back of a spoon into a ovenproof dish
Mix the Cream Cheese, Condensmilk, Lemon Juice and Vanilla Extract. Lightly whisk the eggs and also combine.
Pour mixture into dish and bake at 160C for 20 minutes. let cool and refrigirate! :p
