One scrambled egg;
Half tomato in little cubes;
Salt, pepper, oil, french garlic;
In a frying pan put a little oil and the french garlic at fire in one minute. After,
add the little tomatoes cubes and let fry slightly during a few minutes and then put the spinach. After 2 or 3 minutes add a scrambled egg and when the egg is almost cooked, then put the salt, pepper and parsley. At the vapour made the carrot and courgette with salt and pepper.
Toast the wheat bread slightly and pass the garlic, but not to mustÖ
