My way Falafel

Ingredients

The following recipe is for 4 persons
400grms chick-peas
1 big onion
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Cumin (1/2 teaspoon)
2 table spoons flour
Olive oil to fry the falafels

Method
Well I think that this dish is not only among the most famous in Arab people, but to many people around the world as well.Grind all the ingredients(chick peas, onion and parsley) in a wide utensil. Add salt pepper and cumin. If your mixture is fluid add some flour to make it more robust.
Let all of these ingredients in a refrigerator for about an hour.
After you have let them in the refrigerator fry them in medium temperature.
Give them a figure, of a small but flat meat ball, by pressing them in the top during the formation phase.
Beware don’t overheat olive oil, because high temperature destroys its precious substances.
You can serve(see the photo) them with a spicy sauce, Arab bread and well chopped vegetables.
It’s a recipe that my Veggie friends will adore.
MERRY CHRISTMAS:wave:

Do you use dried chick peas or tinned?
I have tried to make them twice with tinned chick peas...but they dissolve when I fry them....any tips / advice?

Thanks,
Amrit
