Whisk eggs yolk till is duble size. Melt 2 cup sugar with little water and let on heat till is sticky cream, then add to eggs yolk little by little.
Add whip cream and slowly mix, then whisk eggs white to be strong then add to cream.
Broken chocolate and fine hazelnut caramel then add to cream.
Put on freezer for aboute 2 hour.
When you serve, powder cacao and mint leaf chopped.
