Put the milk on the heat and the gelatine into cold water. Mix the sugar with the egg yolks . When the milk begin to boil pour it into the sugar and egg yolks. Reput it into the saucepan and bring it to 85 C by using a termometer. Take the gelatine and squeeze it from the water and add it with the cream when still very hot. Add the nutella and mix. Allow the mixture to get cold while mixing frequently. Add slowely the wipped cream taking care not the overwork it. Put all the mixture into the stamps and put into the fridge
