1 dozen medium size Okra(cut in half)
1 tbs olive oil
2 garlic cloves(chopped)
100g cooking chorizo(diced)
sea salt / ground black pepper to taste
(1).With the frying pan OFF the fire,put olive oil,chopped garlic and diced chorizo in it,then heat the frying pan on a very low fire.
(2).Let the ingredients fry gently for 5-7 minutes without the garlic burning.
(3).As soon as the chorizo is crispy add the okra.
(4).Increase the fire to medium high and stir.
(5).After 2-3 minutes (before the okra becomes sticky) remove the frying pan from the fire,season the ingredients and serve.
