Its a salad that you can eat it with fish or meat dishes.Its very simple and easy to make this salad, and also is very healthy and nutritious.Onion is one of the most common antioxidants we can find in nature.
Ingredients
for 2 serves
2 big onions
salt
3 tbsp vinegar
a handful of parsley
3 tbsp lemon juice
Method
Chop the onions and put them in a wide deep dish. Wash them well and give many squeezes. In this way you will remove the hot taste(if you wish to) of the onion.
Add salt vinegar and lemon juice and mix them well.
Chop the parsley and add it to the salad.
