Onion soup

Onion soup

Ingredients
500g onions (shallots, red or white onion), finely sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp plain flour
sea salt and black pepper
500 ml chicken stock or water
parmesan cheese for serve

Method
Heat a bowl and add butter to melt. When butter is start to melt add onion and keep to stir until is brown.
Take off from heat and add flour, continuous to stir then back on heat. Now, you can use plain water or chicken stock. When start to boiled your soup season with sea salt and fresh black pepper and done.
Serve with homemade toast bread and parmesan cheese.
