Orange & Banana Jam with whiskey

Ingredients
6 large oranges
1 lemon
3 large bananas
600 g granulated sugar
20 g citric acid
500 ml water
2 tbsp• whiskey

Method
Peel and remove the white rind from oranges, bananas and lemon. Cut into small cubes.
Put all fruits in a pot, and pour 1/2 liters of water.
Cover for about 30 minutes and cook on low heat stirring occasionally.
After 30 minutes, chop fruit with hand blender, and add sugar and whiskey.
Cook fruit for about 1 hour to thicken.
Pour jam into sterilized jars, and open jars put in the oven at 100°C for about 50 minutes (leave oven door open just a little) to catch the zest jam.
Now close the jars and leave at room temperature to cool.
Keep in the dark place.
Serve with pancakes.

never made jam before might give this one a go does anyone know how many jars one should use thx
