Ingredients
1 kg Waxy potatoes, peeled
3 Tablespoons plain flour
a little nutmeg
1 Teaspoon salt, a little pepper
150 g diced bacon
Remaining diced Bacon
a few slivers of butter
Method
1. Grate the potatoes coarsley into a bowl
2. Mix together the potatoes, flour and seasoning
3. Mix in 2/3 of bacon, place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper
4. Scatter butter on top
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Baking time: approx. 40 minutes at 200 degrees until surface is golden brown
Tip: Serve with berries (cranberries, bilberries) or jam
