Ingredients
4 cups to sweet (500g)
1 spoon of (soup) fondor Maggi or salt to taste
2 cups of (American) of milk (300ml)
1 cup Oil (150 ml)
2 large or 3 small eggs
4 cups of grated cheese mines half cure
oil to grease
Method
1. Place the powder in a large bowl
2. aside, the heat fondor, milk and oil
3. When boiling scald the powder with the mixture, stirring well to break pelotinhas
4. Let cool
5. Add eggs one at a time, alternating with the cheese and sovando well after each addition
6. Grease your hands with oil, if necessary
7. Rolling balls of 2 (cm) in diameter and place them on a broiler coated
8. Heat oven to medium (180), pre-Val
9. Roast until they are douradinhos

I do agree it's delicios and specially if it's come from Minas Pao de Queijo than i just need to bake it as it's comes frozen and all that i need to do is bake it, simple and amazing taste.
