(1). Mash the potato and add the starch and the sesame seeds. (2). Each cake approximately 50g of the mix (3). Fry the cakes in hot oil (brown on each side) (4). Now for the Mitarashi sauce: mix all the (A) ingredients for the sauce in the milk pan. (5). Then bring to the boil and stir until you get a uniform colour. (6). Drizzle sauce on top of the potato cakes and serve enjoy;)
