POTATO CAKES WITH MITARASHI SAUCE

Ingredients
(serves 4)

400g potatoes (washed and peeled then mash)
4tbs potato starch
2tbs sesame seeds (roasted)
(A) 2tbs Soya sauce
(A) 4tbs sugar
(A) 2tbs potato starch
(A) 200cc hot water

Method
(1). Mash the potato and add the starch and the sesame seeds.
(2). Each cake approximately 50g of the mix
(3). Fry the cakes in hot oil (brown on each side)
(4). Now for the Mitarashi sauce: mix all the (A) ingredients for the sauce in the milk pan.
(5). Then bring to the boil and stir until you get a uniform colour.
(6). Drizzle sauce on top of the potato cakes and serve

Hiya, just wondering what type of soy sauce you used?? I tried to mitarashi dango with Amoy sauce and found it was way too salty. Any recommendations?<br /> x

long ago you see the program and we like vegetables, chicken my thanks for the opportunity to continue learning for the taste andthe good food and healthy and rich.
I would like to know the recipe and cooking a dough stuffed with meat and cheese and vegetables and also than us we are a young married couple my wife and I want to learn to cook do not have children yet but hope is not lost for a child.
also my wife's birthday on July 15 and I want to cook something special.
