3 cups rice
half chicken breast
a god handful of different mushrooms
one red pepper
4 cloves garlic finelly chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tsp saffron
750 ml chicken stock
Preheat oven at 180\'C
Heat the large pan when you add oliva, garlic and onion.Cook a little, then add red pepper sliced cut, mushroom and after a few minutes add chicken breast sliced cut. Continue to cook then add the rice. Slowly mix and add the hot chicken stock and soffran. Let on medium fire and cook. For the last 10 minutes add on oven.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
