Pappardelle with white sauce

200 g plain flour \'00\'
4 eggs yolk
11/2 cup cream
2 eggs yolk
1/2 lemon zest
fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
Make pasta with flour and eggs yolk.
Heat a pot with water and salt, then boilet pasta al dente.
In a bowl mix very well cream, eggs yolk, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta till is hot and mix very well.
Serve with fresh parsley, parmesan and sprinkle with extravirgin oliva oil.
