  • 300 gr pasta (pipe rigate or conchiglie rigate)
  • 90 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 300 gr baby artichokes (roasted and chopped in 2-3 pieces )
  • 8-10 slices of prosciutto (sliced 1-2 cm long)
  • 50 gr sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • a handful of fresh basil (leaves picked and chopped)
  • 50 gr baby rocket leaves
  • 50 gr black olives
  • 50 gr pine nuts (roasted)
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, sea salt and black pepper
boil the pasta al dente, drain it and pour over the sauce when it's still warm
prepare the other ingredients, while your pasta cools down a bit
then all you have to do is mixing all the ingredients :o)

that's the best pasta salad i've ever seen
it's so practical and easy to make and all the ingredients taste incredible together :o)

Method


mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, sea salt and black pepper
boil the pasta al dente, drain it and pour over the sauce when it's still warm
prepare the other ingredients, while your pasta cools down a bit
then all you have to do is mixing all the ingredients :o)
