Just a little recipe I made whit for my school on my own.
Ingredients
Frisee
Truffle pasta
Garlic \"cress\"
Truffle dressing
Sun-dried tomatoes
Carpaccio Warps
anise \"cress\"
Method
First cook the pasta. when the pasta is cold then you putt it in a bowl. With little bit garlic \"cress\" and Frisee , Sun-dried tomatoas , truffle dressing. Then mix it with care. place it in the center of a plate. putt the carpaccio warps on top. And on top of that place some anise \"cress\" to make it a nice look.
