This is simplified version of Spagetti Bolognese. A weekday pasta sauce which is easy to make, and ready in no time. It\'s surprising how tasty it is! Try it!
Ingredients
400 g minced meat
150 g bacon, chopped
1 small leek, chopped
half a cup of Heinz chili sauce or a similar chili sauce
half a cup of water
1 tbs soy sauce
1 cup of crème fraiche
S&P
tomatoes
zucchini
pasta
Method
1. Fry the minced meat, the bacon and the leek together in a frying pan. Add the chili sauce, the water and the soya and let this simmer for just a couple of minutes.
2. Add the crème fraiche. The crème fraiche is not supposed to come to a boil - just stir it in until the sauce has gotten warm. Season.
3. Serve with pasta, fried zucchini and ripe tomatoes. Enjoy!
