Boil the pasta in salty water and keep aside a glass of the water.
In a blender put the basil leafs ,the garlic ,the pine seeds the grated cheese the salt,the pepper and the olive oil. Chop them till the ingredients turn into ointment . In a wide pan add the chopped mushrooms and 1 sp of olive oil.
Saute them and after 3 minutes add the wine and the water you have set aside. When the liquids been absorbed add the pasta in the pan and the pesto sauce and mix well over the fire.
Keep mixing the food and add the soy cream.Continue to mix for at least 4 minutes over the fire. Set aside the pasta and serve.....Decorate with basil leafs.
