Hi Jamie. My name is Paulo Sergio and I watch your tv program every week (every day when is possible...). I just like to say that your way of cook is motivating and too many people in my family enjoys and start to cook (better then before), watching the Jamie Oliver tips. I watched the "feijoada's episode with the brazilian guy, and since that show, I started to prepare a feijoada. I made a little changes and my friends, family and co-workes love when I cook feijoada for themselves. Hugs and I wish you sucess in your fabulous job! Paulo Sergio
