  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ...1 chicken breast cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp orange zest +half juice of the orange
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest+ half juice of the lemon
  • 1 tsp fresh finely chopped ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 3 mushroom sliced
  • 4 to 5 pieces of Turkey pastrami
  • 5 tbsp of heavy cooking cream
  • 1 cup of milk
  • A dash of Nutmeg + salt and pepper(as desired)
  • Finely chopped parsley
To prepare the sauce first start by heating a non-stick cooking pot, then add a tbsp of oil,as the oil sizzles.
Directly start adding chicken cubes,then the bell peppers,orange and lemon zest,ginger,dash of nutmeg,salt and pepper after 5 minutes start adding the juice of the lemon and orange when the mixture starts to dry up add the mushrooms, then cup of milk,then 5 tbsp of heavy cream
Directly start adding the desired amount of the pasta and stir it on a slow speed till all the ingredients mix all togther slowly lower the heat from high to low add the chopped parsley and the tbsp of honey
