Makes 4 serves
250 grms pasta
2 medium size squids(sliced)
1 dry onion peeled and chopped
Ĺ cup of tea peas
ľ cup of tea olive oil
1 tea sp sugar
2 medium size tomatoes peeled ,chopped
1 tea sp tomato concentrate puree
Half of glass, white wine
Add olive oil, onion and sugar (on top of onion cuts) and heat them gently.
Care to bring the onion in light brown color.
Add squid slices and cook them slowly for 10 minutes.
The next step is to add pasta.
Let pasta absorb all liquids.
Use a wooden spoon to mix pasta with the other ingredients in the pan.
Now add tomato cuts and tomato puree and peas.
Mix well and add wine ,salt and pepper and two glasses of boiled water.
The last 5 minutes of cooking, add the shrimps.
Cook till water absorbed.
