Ingredients
50g butter
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1kg small patatoes
(sea)salt
3 sprigs parsley
Method
Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan and fry the potato slices stir 5min. lay, as the potatoes begin to brown color a lid on the pan and leave it on low heat 5min yarn. Stir occasionally. Leave the potato in 5min still be crispy without cover. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Add a dollop of mayonnaise and the parsley then it\'s ready!
