67 calories each- not bad at all! That is for 40 servings out of one batch. But these cookies are so rich, so chocolaty and peanut butter-y that just a small bite will satisfy any cravings. What’s even better is that they could not be easier to whip up at a moment’s notice. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1/4 cup softened butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup 2% yogurt
3/4 cup raisins
3 tbsp chocolate chips
Method
Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C)
1. In large bowl, cream together margarine, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
2. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking powder; add to peanut butter mixture and stir just until combined. Stir in yogurt, raisins and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto prepared sheets 2 inches apart, and press down slightly with back of fork. Bake approximately 12 minutes, or until firm to the touch and slightly browned.
