Peanut Butter Pie

I started making this as Christmas presents, as it\'s cheap to make and so yummy! It\'s in high demand now!
Keep in the fridge.

Ingredients
250g digestive biscuits

100g butter

397g Carnation Evaporated Milk

400g Crunchy Peanut Butter

Carton of whipping cream (The more pies you make, the more you need)

Method
Melt Butter in a pan

Crumble biscuit into the pan and mix

Spread this mix across the bottom of a large or several small pie dishes (About 1/3 high)

Pour Carnation milk into a clean saucepan, gentle heat

Add the peanut butter and mix. Make sure not to have it on there too long, it needs to be quite runny

Layer across the biscuit base 1/3 again, and leave in fridge to cool

Whip the cream up

When the base is cool, layer the cream on top
