This is great with drinks for a party. I usually am asked to bring it to any Super Bowl Party we get an invitation to. All my friends love it, and sooo easy!

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
8 oz• package of cream cheese
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
2 scallions, chopped
6 Ritz crackers, crushed
8 slices streaky bacon, cooked and
crumbled
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup red or green peper jelly

Method
Mix mayo, cream cheese, cheddar and onions. Place in a greased shallow baking dish. top with crackers and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Top with bacon, pecans, and pepper jelly. Serve as a spread for crackers.

NB - If Ritz crackers are not available, any buttery cracker will be fine.
